calling from a lawfirm that wants ??? and calling to inform that there was a complaint filed against me they have my social and mailing address can not understand and threatening to send investigating officers to my home

Want to lower the interest rates on my credit cards. Have been calling several times a day for at least three weeks. We are on the do not call list. Caller will not take us off their call list.

keep calling every day morning and evenings i ask to be remuved from ther list but they are still calling

these calls need to stop!

THREATENED TO TAKE ME TO JAIL AND TO HAVE 5000.00 DOLLARS AND WILL HAVE A JUDGMENT AGAINST ME.

They have called like 5 times and no one ever speaks. They stay on for like 10 seconds and then they hang up and then they call again.

Nick said he was calling from the internet crime unit and I needed to contact him before 5pm. He called me at work and I've had these calls before from another number which I ignore! I'm just curious to know if this is a scam which I expect.

Michael says he represents a online yellow pages and do I want to renew. Since I have never asked or agreed to such a service I say no. He says that to get my business off of their records and to not be listed in next years book I need to go through a recorded verification process. I am very careful to never use the word yes or any other affirmative. Then he proceeds, in this verification process to tell me that I owe $499 and they will invoice me and my name will be removed. I tell him that I have never agreed to a free trial, to be in his book, that there is no contract and that I do not owe him anything. I'm contacting the state attorney general, as did my husband when they tried this scam with his company.

They are still calling me, I am now going to call a phone blocker. I get different threatening messages. I did have a lady with an accent call and ask for a Mrs. Garcia." That is not my name, so they obviously have the wrong number. These calls have started about the time I started posting resumes online, which I now have made my resume not visible unless I am sending my resume to a specific employer. They are CDR Associates. From Internet search I figured they are collecting for a payday loan. I have never, nor will I ever do a payday loan. So it is obvious they have the wrong number. This creditor is abusive and breaking all sorts of FCC rules! I have contacted my state's attorney about this company!

DON'T KNOW. THEY CALLED 4 times in 2 hours!

Repeatedly calls. I finally answered the call and they were trying to extend a car warranty. I told him nicely that we weren't interested and to stop calling. He asked why and kept trying to push. Finally I had to get VERY rude about it and he laughed in my face. Told them if they called again we'd report them to the proper authorities.

This is the 4th number this so called company has used to call. They have left messages and have used 3 different names. Talk about a name fishing scam !!! These people have got to be stopped. I have read 100's of reports of people complaining. Unplug their freaking lines for crying out loud.

Called twice. Once at 3:57 am. Didn't answer voice message said no user input and hung up. Called again at 4:01 am and same thing.

Person said me would not give me any information about the loan he said i took out. I ask for him to send me a fax of the information and he told he no he can not send me this until I pay him.
